Default How freely should rear wheels spin ?

The rear wheels slow the cart down a lot when I'm off the gas , it has got me wondering if they should have a decent amount of resistance or if something is wrong . I'm gonna try changing oil in rear axle but I'm not sure what kind or how much to put in?

Are You referring to the Regenerative brake?

If You put the cart on Tow, the wheels should spin freely.

The brakes may be dragging. Take the drums off and bolt the tire to the axles without the drums and try to spin them by hand. If they're much more free this way than they are with the drums installed, your brakes are dragging and need to be lubricated and properly adjusted.

If you have the self adjusters on the brakes its possible they self adjusted to tight i have seen this more then once.If they are tight can be a pita to get them backed off .Jack the rear axle off ground grab each wheel and turn should some resistance but not hard to turn.
