I couldn't find control mode or anti tamper in the settings anywhere. What are they under? Could it be that this 3301 won't let me do it?

I'm not sure. I've never used a 3301 so I'm not sure exactly what it limits you from editing. I was under the impression that it only blocked you from changing speed settings. What did you find for the FOOT INPUT? If all of that looks good, I'll let you borrow my scanner.
