Thanks solenoid is not clicking it's something simple because I did was remove the old radio harness. Thanks for the diagrams I'll see what I can figure out.

So I jumped the small stud red wire and the cart runs. I checked all three of the M/S and the key switch and they all test good ... what am I missing?

You'll have to trace the 48V from the battery side large terminal on the solenoid to solenoid's small terminal with red wires on it.

Sounds like you've checked the five switches with an Ohmmeter, but there are also seven wires and fourteen connectors that still need to be checked.

I check the 2 on the f&r , the one under the hand e brake , and the one at the ITS they all check good

For anyone that comes across this thread it was the reed switch which is something always check but due to the fact the cart still charged it was the last thing I checked.

Here's the wheels I picked up for my shuttle. Vision. Only issue is the center caps don't fit on the front. Took me forever to find wheels too, ordered these from America's tire.
