36 v ezgo motor
Hello all, here's my situation. I have a new battery pack, yet can't get much more than 18 holes in. Performed diagnostic check as per manual. All checked out until i got to the controller to motor check. With tow / run switch on, key on , forward selected and pedal fully depressed for 3-4 seconds, manual says I should be getting readings of 2.7v +/-.5v. I'm getting from 7 to 15 v. Is motor done? Replace brushes? Any ideas?
