To really see if the F/R board is gone you have to remove it and separate the little 'button' that the handle is attached to and look at the contacts. If only one is 'just' sunk in you need a new board. Possibly some new cables that attach to it as well.

Default Need help identifying this year and model cart exactly

Finally replaced the F&R switch and got the cart running albeit I have to start the wheels with my hand as they’re off the ground and they will run wide open with a loud rattling noise in the motor that I’m guessing is the bearing?? I’ve got a video but just not sure how to upload it here

Do you hear it a lower motor RPM?
Probably a bearing in the motor or gear case.
Don't run that motor anymore until you open it and inspect it.
Armature core could be banging into the field core and causing damage.

Yes you can hear it at low rpms as well. 10-4 gonna pull it in a bit and see what’s going on
