Default SR48400 not getting to full duty

Hey Guys, Hope everybody is enjoying their summer. So I have been reading in the forums here making sure my cart is at its best.
TXT series SR48400 all the goodies from Scotty.
Its only going 15 MPH. so I'm looking for more speed.

On the controller,using a DVM i'm taking a reading across B- and M-.
When I press the peddle and get the click it reads 37.7 V(Current charge) Peddle to the floor 19.9 V. So its not dropping down to 0 V.
Will adjusting the ITS correct this?
Or is controller programing?
Thanks Bax

You should be using the monitor program in the Alltrax software. There you can check your throttle input. Make sure it goes to 100%. If not clear the auto-cal and check again.

So I tried to reset the Auto Cal for the throttle I got an Error.
If you guys at these screen shots and tell me what you think I would appreciate it.
The first one is a monitor. I had the cart on blocks so Its free wheeling.

Thanks
James

Was the F/R lever in Reverse when the monitor screenshot was captured?

If so, what you see is more or less what is expected. (IE: Motor voltage 1/2 of Battery voltage)

If not, you reverse switch is staying on when it shouldn't be.

Go eye JohnnieB! I backed it in the barn last time i used it. Here is one in forward.!
Two things I noticed:
The throttle was at 12% before the tires started to spin.
Battery pack voltage shows 35.6 but I measured with my DVM i get 37.3
Thanks
James

Nothing wrong there.
Can you capture a monitor file while driving and share it with us here?
Let us take a look at motor rpm and temp as well as throttle and battery performance.

1. It takes some oomph to get the drive train moving, but not as much to keep it moving, so you can probably back down quite a bit from 12% to keep the tires in the air spinning after they are spinning. At 12% throttle, you are only applying an average of about 4.5V to the motor.

2. Battery pack voltage drops when amps are being drawn from it. If you connect your DVM between the controller's B- and B+ terminals while the motor is drawing amps from the battery, the battery voltage shown on the monitor and your DVM will read the same , or close to it.

Congrats on the no smoking. It's been 20 years for me and I still consider it an accomplishment.
