Like cgtech said buy a new wiring harness for a Curtis controller 35 pin along with a new Curtis controller and rewire that cart up. Or do your own Danaher to Curtis conversion to it. I've never did a 2008 so I don't know what would be different from a 2009 and up. Maybe cgtech will chime in.

Curtis RXV controller less then $500 and new wire harness less then $350 just have to find one.

cgtech and Bob both recommend staying with a EZGO Curtis controller.

But it is still an option, and cost would be lower. I prefer the curtis mainly because performance potential is greater.

Navitas it is on this one. A member here did me a supreme solid on the pricing as well as support. We will need to tone it down by 1/3 but it just might light the OEM tires before that happens, lol.

Yes I think a new Curtis controller and a new main wiring harness would have been the way to go on that 2008. That would have eliminated all the old wiring with new. Lets hope there is no corrosion in that harness.
