One side of the solenoid should be hot all the time. Should be a wire coming from that to the key switch.

On a Regen 2 your key switch power comes from the Tow/Run switch. Check for pack voltage at the Tow/Run switch. Also make sure it's in Run.
If you have no voltage at the Tow run switch, then look at the solenoid connections and make sure the Red/white stripe wire is connected to the large post with the big red cable.

If you have voltage on both sides of the Tow/Run switch then you have wire damage somewhere between the Tow run and the Key switch.

There is a splice between the Tow/run switch and the key switch which could cause problems. This also delivers pack voltage to the white wire going into the OBC. The OBC then sends power out to multiple places on the Blue wire, including the solenoids.

I found the problem small red wire going to the Large Red Terminal on solenoid broken at terminal. I repaired plugged in Charger it is working that is a good sign!

David I can now check if the MCOR install is working.
