Re: I need bob boyce to program my controller.
Will it make any difference if he reprogrammed it to the 100% vice 75%?

Re: I need bob boyce to program my controller.
If he changed it to 100% it would need the 48 volt but that usually isn’t something he changes unless requested. Simple to check. Put a volt meter on the two smaller terminals of the solenoid and turn on the cart. If it reads high 30s it is set to 75%. Note that after it has been on for a little bit it will drop to the holding voltage which is lower.

Re: I need bob boyce to program my controller.
Sounds like Bob is no longer doing the controller programing. usgicollector, are you doing them? I'd really appreciate some help on it. I just picked up a 2018 RXV, looks to be a fleet model and speed is limited to around 14 mph. Definitely would like to get this cart sped up a bit. TIA!

Re: I need bob boyce to program my controller.
I checked the solenoid. It is getting 31v from the controller. Not 36 or 48. Batteries are fully charged. Could it have been a typo during the programming? or is 31v normal?

Re: I need bob boyce to program my controller.
Could be a typo but like I said the controller will drop voltage to the solenoid so it will run cooler. You need the 36 volt version.
