This is my thought too. I don't see how it could be bent to cause this, and if so there would be other issues.

If this is for me, I tried all manner of different pressures over the years. High pressure for more than a year one time. Ride sucked-harsh as expected.
Cart is used a lot. Miles accumulate fast.

I'm glad somone else has dealt with this wear, its really strange. But the amount of wear in just one spot in about 1.5 years is pretty extensive.

I understand what your stating about tire pressure and understand wear from over or under inflation but this is extreme wear on only the inside of the tread, not on both the inner & outer edges of the tire. I've been pretty busy at work but I'm going to eventually take it to a golf cart shop near me and let them diagnose it so I know for sure what's going on.

I purchased the cart from a place locally that purchases carts in bulk from golf courses that are only a couple years old and then builds them to your liking. Since the cart was all redone on a 2 year old chassis the cart may have been damaged prior to me purchasing it. They offer a one year bumper to bumper warranty but that has unfortunately has been over for about six months now. Part of owning toys....

Well I wasn't going to post about it because I knew people would blow me off because its so obvious a tire pressure problem. That's what I thought too years ago when it first appeared. Eventually I just lived with it and in reality the tires still lasted 2-3 years. I did consult a tech about it once as we have a lot of cart resources where we are.
I felt the need to comment because I wanted you to know you aren't alone. In the meantime I've purchased an additional cart so the old EZGO doesn't get the same usage as before.

I really appreciate you posting that info. I will still have to try to have somone look at the cart and see if they can find somthing going on back there. I have to believe there is a remedy. Thanks again!

I'm researching about this problem. my cart is an EZGO and its on the outside of the right rear tire. Excessively abnormal wear and its not related with air pressure.

I feel its some deviation, but dont know where.
