Default Is a short / fast charge ok for my cart?

Is it ok to charge my cart (details in sig) even if I know it’ll only be hooked up for 30 mins or so?

Second question: does my charger (CC PowerDrive3) send more juice at the start of the charge cycle than at the end?

Any correct golf cart charger should charge higher amps in the early stage of the charging process. That said, the later, lower amp/higher voltage part of the process exists for a reason. It's ok to do a short charge on the fly once or twice but I wouldn't make it an every time habit. It doesn't let the pack charge completely, so it would hurt performance and kill your batteries early.

The industry calls that an opportunity charge. Like the cart would see if you were using it all day and plugged it in while you ate lunch. It is like throwing a little gas in the tank when you don't have time for a fill up but you need more juice. It's a great idea and should be followed by a full charge when the opportunity presents itself

Thanks for the responses so far. I took a closer look and my Charger is a CC PowerDrive 3.
