Club Car Precedent Navitas A/C Issue
Good morning everybody needin some help?
2016 CCP Navitas A/C Kit 600 amp controller So to start off I received and installed my new replacement controller and wiring harness, connected to the app every ran great, then I installed accessories, dc converter, light kit, sound bar, 12v plug, battery meter! All tied to a fuse panel, after that I hooked the main hot and ground back up put the cart put back in run and now no power to my controller and solenoid isn’t engaging! All 4 posts on solenoid are reading 48V with key on or off, but reading 15v at ignition switch when off and 0 when ignition on Per the manual I probed pins on the 16 molex with a multimeter, Probe results 1- +5V PF ( not sure what this pin is for) /not working 2-throttle in / not working 3-fused ground /working 4-not used 5-charger interlock input / working 6-foot switch in /working 7-reverse buzzer /not working 8-forward in / working 9-logic power in / working 10-key in / ( working but 48V when key in on or off) 11-not used 12-main solenoid out / working 13-not used 14-not used 15-not used 16-reverse in / working Please anything else to check or try will help |
