2003 Club Car got wet no electrical works
2003 Club Car DS. Washed with hose. Runs fine except all electronics stopped working. For example, head lights, braked lights, wipers, horn not working. Cannot find the fuses for this. Anyone no where?

Re: 2003 Club Car got wet no electrical works
That's going to depend on what kind of light kit is on the cart and whether it's wired direct to batteries or if it uses a voltage reducer. SOMEWHERE, either the light kit or reducer has to be tied to battery terminals. A snapshot of the wiring at the batteries might be helpful.

Could it be just the voltage reducer? The lights and everything came with the golf cart new. Or is there a relay of some kind?

These carts did not come with lights so they are all aftermarket probably installed by the dealer. Therefor, it's hard to find a wiring diagram. You need to scope out how the lights are wired and if they have a reducer.

Still working on this a year later? 😂
Take a couple pics under the seat and post them up You may have an inverter or wired directly to the batteries like mine Do you own a multimeter? Can you check voltage on wires and switches? |

Re: 2003 Club Car got wet no electrical works
Have you ever seen one on a golf course with lights on it? (not private cart - golf club cart) I have two carts and the light kits were put on by dealers and the schematics I have for the carts do not show any lights. I had to figure out how they are wired. Not that hard but you can't count on anything you find to be exactly the same as what you have.

Where can I find the wiring schematics (diagrams) for a 2003 Club Car DS?
