93 DS 36VOlt to 48 volt conversion

I have a 93 DS club car with 36volt and Controller.
I am doing it up as project for the kids but it has some electrical issues.
needs new Batteries.

I have read that the standard motor will take 48 Volts but what else needs to be replaced I am guessing Controller and Solenoid?

Can anyone confirm that this works and improves the Speed/Performance of the cart

if there is a thread out there already about this please point me in the right direction as couldn't find it when searched

Batteries, charger, solenoid, controller.

If you have the factory v-Glide, make sure the controller is for 0-5K throttle signal.

thank you and yes it has the V-glide i also have 2018 CC so was going to use the Batteries/Charger out if and then maybe convert it to Lithium.
i am assuming the i would need a specific Controller to suit the V-glide and that a 2018 wouldn't work ?

You need a controller for a SERIES motor, which is what you have. I don't think Club Car even produces series drive carts anymore.

The batteries and charger should work fine. I don't know an awful lot about the newer stuff but I don't think a 2018 had an On Board Computer.
