Default Replace tow switch with 12V 20A on/off switch

Hi guys. I bought an on/ off switch to replace my tow switch. I now noticed that it is a 12V 20A switch. Will it work on an 48V cart?

48v, probably 3 to 4 Amps.
Plenty fine.

Following the same line of thought will a 250v 15amp DPDT toggle switch, with 6 1/4" spade terminals, center off, work to replace the hockey puck on a DCS cart, to replace the handle ? I know I can map the same function of the switch, my concern is about the 250v rating ?
