1999 cc ds v glide 36volt
36 volt v glide. cart setting up for years, put in new batteries but will not run. replaced micro switch in v glide, now solenoid tries to engage but white wire from forward reverse micro switch to solenoid begins to melt. rewired cart by wiring diagram from club car. replaced solenoid, same problem, replaced micro switch on forward reverse switch, same problem.
cart voltage 37.8 volts key switch .5 ohmns. stumped I am. FYI, this cart is a 36 volt vglide model with Resistors. Has a Snubber resistor mounted on the solenoid also. Thanks for your help, |
