Default Please ID these parts

I have an 03 CC DS Series, 48. It is cutting out and studdering. I climbed under it and found these wire hanging. The yellow thingy is a fuse holder. What does it connect to and have no idea what other thing is.
Would any of these things effect studdering, stopping ,going?
Thanks for any help.

That wire comes from the OBC and connects to the third connection on the charger plug which is the other thing in your picture.

Thanks. I have the OBC bypassed, and use a DPI charger with clips to connect to batteries to charge. That lets me know it has nothing to do with my jerkiness, stopping and going.
Im leaning towards 6 y/o batteries bad or mcor problem.

Most of the time when the cart is shuttering it is a battery issue and at 6 yrs old you are probably due..You can do a load test by connecting a meter to each battery and flooring the cart...An 8v battery shouldn't drop below 7v under load...

Just an update. I had earlier replaced my FNR switch to a HD model. Ive had some problems with it since install. Today I swapped back to my original switch and all problems went away. Well except range. 6.5 y/o batteries. Will replace before cold weather gets to SWGA.
