Default RXV fully charged but not working

I have a 2016 RXV that is fully charged, but is not working. Checked the voltage on each battery, swapped out the key switch, checked the battery cable connections. No solenoid sounds, no reverse buzzer, no motor brake sound and nothing showing on the battery charge meter on the dash. I checked the fuse attached to the controller cover. Also checked the run plug under the dash. What else should I check?

Check for voltage on the blue wire coming from the back of the charge receptacle. Connect the ground lead of your VOM to battery negative and probe the blue wire. If no power found, you have a faulty charge receptacle and the cart won't run. It thinks the charger is connected to the cart.

I checked the voltage from the blue wire to the main negative battery post. I've got 49 volts. What else should I try?

Check the voltage from battery positive to the small black wire on the solenoid.

With the key off, it should be 0v.

With the cart in tow and the key switch in neutral, it should initially be 36v and work it’s way down to around 25v pretty quickly

That link is the troubleshooting guide.

What I suggested is part of the solenoid test found on pages 46 and 47.

Not having the solenoid click either sounds like either the controller isn’t sending the ground to the solenoid or the solenoid is welded closed.

By the way, I’m not an expert.

Wouldn't I at least have power to the state of charge battery meter even if the solenoid was bad?

Place your black lead of VOM to battery negative and probe the yellow wire at the switch ? Do you have power there ? IF NOT, then look for a sonic weld in the harness near the TOW/RUN switch. It often corrodes and loses connection at that joint to the yellow at the key switch. The sonic weld you will be looking for will be three wires connected, two yellows and one red.

This is a RXV, so the charge meter is plug and play.
