There should be power on the yellow wire at the key switch all the time that the cart is in RUN. When you switch the cart ON, then if the switch is good it SHOULD send battery pack power to another sonic weld that I call the "gang of seven" red wires, those going to everything you say isnt working, including the SOC meter and pin one on the controller. HOPEFULLY, you'll find no power on the yellow at the key switch. That is far easier to fix than the sonic weld of red wires.
