sounds like a belt slipping at full throtle

i replaced the tps sensor because my club car would not go at full throtle. this did not fix it. all batterys tested good what your thoughts? thanks and have a wonderful day

What year and cart do you have? I had one that the throttle linkage and pivot points were so worn it was not going to WOT.
Check all of your Linkage.

it was working fine one day and the next day is when it started acting up.
i was told 1996 throtle assemly is in good condision. ser #a9647-544707

So it's making a noise when you drive?
Noises from the motor or axle are usually a sure sign of damage which will certainly slow you down.
Can you push the cart by hand?
Run the cart with the rear axle up on jack stands and locate the source of the noise.

Make sure the brakes are not locked up. Remove the drums, check the wheel end/ axle bearings for play.

If the noise is from the motor, the motor will need to be removed to check for internal damage.

Yes it will drive. Slow on go pedal when it go's up hill it will shutter and come to a stop thats when it sounds like beit sipping
if you hold pedal on floor it will not move if you accerate slowly it will go about half speed

I'm almost wanting to say you need brushes in the motor and the commutator polished.

Either low battery voltage, or the brushes in the motor are worn out.
