Re: Disconnecting reverse buzzer?
I have come to rely on my back up beeper as a confirmation that I am actually in reverse. No beeper and I better cycle into reverse again.
The backup beeper also provides a safety factor to pets and people that I am backing up (after a careful look at my surroundings and underneath the cart) … I think the farms cats and dogs are trained to get out of the way when the beeper is sounding. When other people use my cart around the farm who are less familiar with carts, the backup beeper becomes even a more important safety feature for the same reasons above. When my original beeper failed, I replaced it with one with a softer intermittent tone. |
