Club car precedent stiff steering

Steering is stiff. When I did an alignment, the passenger tie rod was stiff and hard to turn. Is the tie rod the issue with the steering problem or could it be coming from something else? Maybe something attached to the tie rod?

More info would be very helpful.

What year is you cart?

Was the problem present before you did the alignment or a result of the alignment?

Why did you have to do the alignment? Did you have a hard bump/damage the front of the cart or install new tires?

Thanks for additional info so we can try to figure this out.
