I wanted to replace the shocks on my cart took off rear tire jack it up can't get the inner fender out can't reach the upper nut on shock. Does the body have to come off?

You can lay under the jacked up cart and do it but it isn't much fun and could be very dangerous.
Removing the body is far easier. And it will give you a chance to clean up the frame and electrical components under the body. |

I cut mine out with a dremel and a small cutting wheel. I also had the rear end out at the time when I did it.
