Navitas TSX600A controllers fried?

Good morning. I have a 2006 Club Car DS converted to a Huntve in 2011. We had a short and cart quit running. Replaced brushes in rear motor, speed sensor and solenoid. Pack voltage is excellent. Problem is we don't know if we fried the controllers, flashing red fault codes. The app does not work, as there is no Bluetooth on these controllers. I will be trying to contact Navitas tomorrow, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Where was the short???? Fried controller is a possibility for sure if you shorted the motor for example.

I have not seen the TSX600A but most controllers I have seen (Alltrax for example) are potted and are not repairable.

Navitas can be rebuilt not potted, neither is Curtis.

TSX 600A has bluetooth. If you can't see it probably no power or shorted. It also gives beep fault codes but presume just dead. My understanding is the controller has protection systems so something must be serious. Back to Navitas.

Thanks everyone. I'm at my wits end, getting flash codes that don't even seem to exist in the troubleshooting guide. I've reached out to Navitas to no avail. Any ideas on where to get them diagnosed and or rebuilt ?

Agree with above. Sometimes I forget to put my tow/run switch into run and wonder why the Bluetooth is not showing.

You need to contact Huntve not Navitas, they have their own programming in those controllers. The light "faults" will not be the same as with a standard Navitas. They can tell you exactly what's happening or not happening if you give them the two controller light sequences.

Thanks everyone. According to FSIP both my controllers are fried. Ordered upgraded controllers from HuntVe.
