Default New wiring harness

I have a 1995 ergo txt dcs that has a bad spot in the 10 pin connector. Need to know if it can be replaced (the connector) or do I need to get a new harness. I am going to upgrade it to 48 volts also. 36 volts now. If I need to replace wiring harness where can I get one at. Thanks

If you’re thinking about a Navitas AC system when you convert to 48volts then you’re going to need the TXT 48 harness which is part number 625805 and is available from Country Cat at a reasonable price. Now with that being said, you’re going to have to figure out if it will work with your 36 volt system now. I do know that a stock 36 volt harness will work when converting to 48 volts with a DC system using stock controller or an upgraded controller like an Alltrax or similar.

I have got a navitas 440 controller that I am going to put init. So what you are saying is the stock wiring harness will work with this controller with 48 volt batteries.

I have installed and wired new controller but could not get it to power up, that's when I found out that the red wire in the 10 pin connector was bad. Got volt to it but not thru it . Jump #9 and 10 pins on controller and got it to power up.
