Re: RXV brakes
Sounds like the input is correct to the controller. Starting to look like a bad controller. The bypass plugs apply full pack voltage to brake, controller isn't used in that configuration. I'll scratch my head and see if I can come up with some other possibilities.

Re: RXV brakes
I was leaning that way as well. I noticed in the PP one of the screen shots showed the brake command and mapped brake showed the same %. I do not have the same hand set that it shows but I would imagine it would still be the same.
RXV's are my weakness for sure |

Re: RXV brakes
I like the RXV's but I'm much more familiar with the Danaher controller. Try this.... remove the brake but leave the connector attached. Put the cart on stands or jack the rear tires off the ground. Turn the key to forward and see if the wheels jump forward and backwards a little. Are you getting the buzzer sound in reverse ?

Re: RXV brakes
No motor or wheel movement not when key is cycled. Only solenoid click and b/u alarm test.

Re: RXV brakes
Ok..... two things I can think of. First, the controller has an issue in the ac drive circuit and can't turn the motor. The twist test is one of the first things it checks. Second is. Failure in another circuit that isn't allowing the controller to progress through the startup sequence. On a Curtis controller I don't know what else that could be. Hopefully Bob or USGI will chime in.

Re: RXV brakes
That's a great controller. I put one in about a month ago and have been very happy with it.

Re: RXV brakes
I like them too. Have done a couple rxv and recently built an AC DS really like that one too.
