Got one ordered fellas thanks. Hoping to have all the parts I ordered except the rearend plug tomorrow. The plug isn’t expected until Tuesday.

The grey wire on the charge port is not a normal ring terminal. It houses a temp sensor for the batteries. If they heat up enough charging, the sensor and the board in the charge port will stop it from charging. Without that sensor in place I'm not sure if the charge port will put 48V on the blue wire leaving the port. If that 48 volts is missing the cart thinks it's charging and won't run. Some have fixed this by adding a resistor but for the cost of a charge port I would just replace it.

Here a update….

Got the charging port changed out, new battery bolts installed, new #2 battery cables installed and the new brake assembly changed out(using the procedure) and the cart is doing the same exact thing as it was doing before I touched it.

I did notice if the key is in Reverse and I push the cart in reverse the brakes shutter trying to hold it but if i push it forward it rolls easy. Same thing goes for if I put it in Forward, if I push it forward the brakes shutter a little trying to hold it but if I push it backwards it rolls easy.

What year is the cart ? The brake should not release until the accelerator pedal is pushed and the switch activates. Pull both pedals back towards the seat to make sure they are in the home position then turn the key on. I would pull the floor mat and access cover, test the switches first, then the position sensors.

It’s a 2008, is there a procedure to test the switches and position sensor?

Take a look in the Troubleshooting Guide... just tested my cart, key to R or F, you can't push it in either direction. Does the brake disengage when key to N and run/tow switch on tow?

With tow/run switch in run and with the key in F, N or R the cart does move forward and backwards when pushed but it does has some resistance. With the run/tow switch in tow and key in N it moves forward and backwards freely.

What’s weird is the reverse buzzer buzzes on and off no matter if I have the key in F, N or R. If I unplug the throttle sensor from the pedal and turn the key to F or N the buzzer does NOT come on at all. If I put it to R is buzzes solid no more on and off buzzing.

Is there a way to check the throttle position sensor?
