Front leaf springs
I have a “99” L6 Elite has a lift on it and the front tie rods are rubbing on the leaf springs when turning the wheel ???
I can remove the springs and straighten them out a little or buy new ones what caused this or is this normal working on it for my neighbor and grandson drives it. Not sure on this model I don’t do this for a living it’s more of a hobby. |

Re: Front leaf springs
Don't flatten out the leaf springs. It'll be a chore to do and if you actually get them to flatten out you've basically just worn them out. I suspect the install of the lift kit caused it to rub.
