Default Charger handle and Receptacle question

I’m upgrading my 36v ezgo to 48v lithium. Will the stock 36v receptacle and a new handle on the lithium charger handle the voltage increase? On the receptacle it says 50a 600v

To get the best answer, include make model of cart & type of charger (lithium package). Lot of folks will be hesitate to give advice without enough information. Pictures are even better! ( we all like pictures)

I used the "D" shaped charger handle when I converted my cart to 48 volts without a problem. Most chargers I've seen are 15-17 amps and the highest voltage I've seen on mine while charging is 62 volts. I think it would be just fine.

Thanks for the feed back! I’ll just be using a 10 amp lithium charger on it

I have a nearly new handle I'll sell you reasonable if you need one. That way you could sell your old charger with the current plug attached.
