Need 3 mph more in stock 1999DS
Bought a 1999 DS last November here in Florida. Installed new Trojan 8V batteries in December. Carts runs great and gets to 17 mph on flat ground. Everything is stock on cart
Would like to get up to 20 mph without spending a lot of money. Need the extra mph to keep up with the other carts when going out to play golf and reach the 20 mph speed limit on the roads here. We are snowbirds so cart is only used in winter here in Florida What are my best options |

If it’s a series cart (and if I remember correctly it was) you can get a stock motor from a 36v series cart and it’ll give a nice little bump in speed.

Heading back to Michigan in 2 weeks for the summer. Will look into motors back there.
