Default Revive my batteries!

Well,

I didn’t water my batteries for 2 years. The thought never crossed my mind until the cart started dying after only a few minutes. They were completely dry. I refilled them with my fancy Trojan Hydro Link that I never used. I have charged them twice since then and the range didn’t improve.

Is there any way to save these 2 year old batteries?

Or do I need to bite the bullet, learn from my mistake, and buy a new set?

Or lithium? If that’s the new thing for people like me who forget to water batteries…

They are probably trashed if you have charged them and they have not improved.

If they were dry they are gone, they will be extremely sulfated. Learn from it and buy another set.

O'Reilly's has marine AGM batteries. I had one picked out that fit my needs. If you don't need all the range they might be a good choice for you. No watering at all. I think the range for my 48-volt cart went from 30 miles to 25. Perfectly acceptable for my needs.
