Default Need help adjusting the camber on a 2010 Club Car Precedent

So I watched this video here on how to do it -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dxv05ZUc4I&t=80s

At the 1:46 point he talks about an "centric" shaped bolt that you turn one way or the other to adjust the camber. On mine it was like the other bolts, it just loosened and then I could tight it. loosening it didn't move the leaf spring.

I loosened the bolts and kicked the tire until it looked even on both sides. I got it to where it looked good and tightened everything back up.

It was on the ground, not on a jack when I did this. I figured if it needed to be in the air he would have said so.

Now my cart is jumping around on the road.

Suggestions?

The Centric Bolt is item #18 in the screen shot.

Instructions from Maintenance Manual.

If it does not move use some WD40, if it still does not move hammer the end of the leaf spring on the side that needs to move out.
