07 iq 48 volt
I have a 2007 47 iq golf cart. Owner of the cart was messing with the charger and plugged it back into the cart. Charger started acting up. He removed it from the charging receptacle now cart won’t move. Did some diagnostics. 2 batteries were not good so replaced those. Wasn’t getting the right current through the harness being the cart is old so replace that as well. Put a new solenoid and mcor 4. Cart still won’t move. Put from tow to run but speed sensor won’t engage to apply brake. Like the cart is stuck in charging mode. Do you think the OBC HAS SOMETHING TO do with.
