2004 DS turn signal diagram.
Wiring diagram for 2004 original club IQ turn signal and headlight system. I have a 2004 DS IQ with this system. It was working ok but when I disconnected everything from the turn signal lever box and hooked it up again it does not work. I cant find a wiring diagram, schematic or anything on this system. It has some kind of relay mounted on the wall and I can't see how this works or the proper connections. Please help.

Majority of carts did not come with turn signals or lights, so that is likely an aftermarket add on system, and you probably will not find a diagram for it.
If it doesn't work, make sure you have 12v reaching the signal box. Track down where the 12v source is, does it get power straight from one or two batteries, or does it come from a reducer? |
