Default 2004 Club Car DS Parts Identification

I was swapping batteries on my 2004 Club Car DS IQ and came across a few parts that am hoping the group can help me identify.

Attached are the images and below are what I think they are.

1. Voltage reducer
2. Ground block
3. No idea!

I am trying so simplify everything and remove stuff that is not needed. I plan to install a voltage reducer for the lights soon, but I am not sure what all of this extra stuff is. I looked through the parts manual and could not identify them.

Thanks!

1. I beleive that's the negative bus bar for 12 volt circuits.
2. Fuse box for 12 volt circuits.
3. Voltage Reducer, probably 16v to 12v.

Thanks! Let me see if I can figure out how bypass all of this and install a 48v to 12v reducer with fuse box.
