2005 48v ds battery/charger problems
I picked this cart up and left if plugged in 24hrs. The charger goes up to 12 but never cuts off or drops below 5. On what I call fully charged, voltage reads 51 but as soon as you take off it drops to 0.5. It will run for maybe 2 minutes before crawling back to be put back on charge. All batters read 7-7.8. Batteries are 2018 so I’ve ordered a new set as I’m hoping this is the issue. I’m new to these and might be overlooking some other things that could be causing the cart issues.

You do need that new set. Your batteries are dead!
