Default Txt 48 intermittently no go

Hi all,
My 2012 txt 48v has been brilliant but now intermittently cuts out.
When it comes to a stop it always moves again, speed doesn’t seem to matter, slight bumps seem to trigger it.
I tested the solenoid (which clicks) I have replaced the solenoid and tested the resistor (500 ohms). Voltage appears correct 50v on one pin 0.5 v on the other.
Running 48v Lithium, 5 inch lift, 22 inch tyres
Is it the throttle or controller (stock Curtis 1206HB-501) anything else anyone can suggest👍

The 48txt cart has a sonic weld of power wires in the loom just in front of the controller that is a failure point. Next time it quits move that around and see if it moves. If yes pull that harness out and redo the connections. In tow of course.

If bumps trigger the failure I think there is a loose wire or its a really big bump and your foot is coming up off the pedal.
Have you pulled the controller cover to look for loose connections?
Pull the main harness plug too and look for a burnt pin

Think I’ve found it. I do like the really big bump comment, at my weight and age I don’t think I will ever get “air” again.
Loose connection on the ignition switch, no cost but hell of a head scratcher!
I couldn’t find it until I removed the roof and front cowl!

Not sure which dash you have but you can get to the key switch by removing the plate it is mounted to. If it is the old style the center of the rivets push through and you can remove the plate. New style just take the screws out of the dash and pull the panel.. All done in tow of course.
