Beeper stuck 1990 marathon
I just got a 1990 gas EZGO Marathon from a friend. The loud beeping can only be stopped by disconnecting the wire that holds the fuse, so this must be connected each time we ride and disconnected when we stop - not acceptable!. Even with the key off it makes this noise so can't be used on the golf course at all. I have been told it is the reverse signal. What can be done to stop this?

Re: Beeper stuck 1990 marathon
There's a mirco switch that controls it sounds like it's stuck or broke place it in reverse and look for the switch mounted to the f/r under the set the one that should be sitting in the indent is your problem. You could disconnect 1 wire and the reverse buzzer will die but a proper repair like a new switch is recommend for safety.

Thanks - I will pass that along to the men in my family - maybe they can find the switch!
