Thats way too vague... How many "bad" tics per 1 wheel revolution? 1 per revolution, 12 per revolution? Can you hear it if you push/roll the cart? If it seems like "random" per wheel revolution, than you probably have a bad axle bearing at the wheel end of the axle. (common, and pretty easy to fix)

cg, it's at least 12 but, it starts out like a hum at slow start off speed. Can't hear anything when I push it back or forward but, I did notice when it started to roll back it kinda bucked about 3 or 4 times before rolling smoothly. Didn't try to push the speed any further . Unless it was just me, I don't think it was quite as fast yesterday right after it happened, but like I said I was almost home, maybe 100yds. away.
