The switch itself has continuity. The piece that the plunger goes into stays dead with pedal not pressed or pressed. Is this a problem? Its the black wire and white wire in the box.

Just checked the its. Both micro switch and its are good. What would you go to next?

Thank you all for the help. Just finished it and it was the controller its self. I shorted it out. $300 experiment.

When was it damaged? When you used the parts store solenoid?

Likely the control was bad anyway. Too many things were right for it to work wrong.

I burned it when I used parts store because I put the blue wire on the solenoid mounting post because it grounded to the body to work. I wasn't aware that that wire has voltage until the throttle is pushed which then turns to ground. As Scottyb said, there very well could have already been problems with controller before this because when I bought it the main pack wires were backward and solenoid was already screwed up.
