those are good tires ...
did you check your bearings ? your bushings ?
jack up the front and test the tire by moving it up and down, also in and out

Everything seemed pretty tight. I am going to try and have the tires balanced here and see if that helps.

I've done quite abit of balancing of helicopter rotors. People laugh when I tell them I've used the same balancing equipment on my mud tires on my truck. I've even used it to balance a high school air handler. I just don't see these little tires spinning so slow making much vibration.

Does anybody get theirs balanced? Now I could see a "out of round" condition. Have you jacked up the cart and spun the tires? Is it possible the lugs are "pinching" the wheel instead of centering in the lug hole?

This is what I was saying awhile back. Good thought on the lugs but I still don't think it could be off center enough to cause much vibration.

I just don't see any balance issue as a problem here? Like you and I said an out of round tire..maybe from a busted belt ,but uou will see a bulge if it's enough to be that bad
