Scott,
Found my setup sheet from yrs ago.

Would turning up the throttle rate give me harder/faster acceleration or change the throttle response curve? 🤔

Haven't installed D&D motor yet but will this week.. 😎

I suggest turning the turbo back on. A throttle increase of 1 up and 2 down might be a good place to start.

Got the motor installed today and man what a difference. I expected to gain some speed and maybe sacrifice some bottom end torque and didn't at all!
Haven't got to adjust controller settings yet and I might not. Cart will go sideways when I stomp on it on the slick concrete in my shop 😁👍

The old stock 36v bandit vs D&D

Picked up ~ 5mph with the motor swap, maybe more on a fresh charge

Default D&D motor identification

Well finally finished up the install in my 06 series txt. All in all an easy install from the axe 500 I had before. Only had to make one new cable :)

Having an issue with the throttle calibration and can't find a re learn procedure on the alltrax site.

Cart jumps HARD, like full throttle hard just for a second and then works as it should. It does this in forward and reverse.

I reset the throttle learn and then seems to work ok but can't get it to repeat to 100% throttle but only once, then only 85 or so.

May have issues with the ITS sensor I guess. Have to call Scotty or Alltrax tech support tomorrow to figure this out..

Well after troubleshooting back and forth on the phone with alltrax I ended up sending it back and found out it was bad from the get go. They sent me a new one and all is good now! Awesome people to deal with that's for sure 👍

Controller make a difference? Did that bandit upgrade make a noticeable difference?

No bandit upgrade. He replaced the bandit with a D&D 48V motor + the SR alltrax.
