Default coupling

I have a pds motor that I need to change the coupling on. I ordered one from Nivel and it has splines all the the through. The one that came off has splines that only goes half way. Are they two kinds of coupling ? if so I need the part number for the one I need.

Thanks all
Sonny

There are. I think you got the 3250; you need a 3252.

Does the 3252 only have splines half way and smooth the other half??

Sorry, been out of town a bit. Correct. Keep in mind the 48v motors use a different coupler altogether.
