Low amps from Powerwise charger
I have a 36 volt Powerwise charger. When I plug it into the cart, the highest amps I get is about 4 or 5. Ive tested the cart with another charger and that one seemed to work fine. I have changed both diodes with no improvement. any suggestions?

Check the capacitor. Attached is how to do it.
