Alltrax Controller Blinks 7 red lights
I have a 2005 ezgo that I just put new batteries and D&D motor with a Alltrax NPX4844EZ controller. All worked fine until approximately 10 minutes of running then the cart stopped and would not run. The controller is flashing 7 red lights indicating Battery over voltage detected- Battery Volts = over voltage slider. Does any one know how to correct this problem. Thanks

Re: Alltrax Controller Blinks 7 red lights
Welcome to BGW
Since the batteries have not increased in voltage after running 10 minutes I suspect some fatal error is causing the over-voltage code. Let it cool and see if it runs again. Make a note that the NPX control was not designed for use with big tires or aftermarket motors. It is a light duty stock replacement type control which is no longer in production. Which DD motor are you running? |
