Motor gets hot when charging
The cart motor was getting hot when driving it. Now it gets hot even when charging the batteries. The last time I drive it it shut down and would not run. Now it will run after sitting in the barn a few days but it is real jumpy. Local guys that run golf cart repair shop think it is rear end gone bad and looking for 1200 to repair test end. I pulled the aluminum cover of the side of the motor and found bits of copper and burnt wiring. Will try to post pic of burnt wires

It's a custom build ezgo txt 48 volt about 4 years old. Has new alltrax AXE? but motor was getting hot before that was replaced.
