Yes it does click when you press the pedal with the jumper on the solenoid. The new parts should be in today. I'll install those. And check the voltages again.

I am currently working on the cart. I'm getting 38 volts across b+And b-.im getting 38 volts across pins 9 and 10 with the key on and cart in forward position. From the positive post on the battery to pin 5 and 6 I'm getting 38 volts with key off and cart in neutral. Installed new solenoid. Still getting no clicking.

Attached is the DCS diagram. 36v + should be on every line in red for solenoid activation circuit to be complete. Start at the charge receptacle and see where the supply fails.

Click on the Post Reply button at the bottom left below this post, or the Go Advanced button on the reply window below.

In the advanced reply window there is a paperclip to the right of the smiley face in the top row. Click on paper clip and it takes you to a manage attachments screen. Click on Browse, find the file the picture you want to post is in and click on the picture.

Click on upload button in manage attachments window and the picture with be attached to your post.

The diagram shows 3 but you have 5 wires landed on the solenoid small + terminal?

I don't see a high current cable going to the motor (A2) from the controller side of the solenoid.

Should be two cables attached to either the B+ terminal on the controller , or the solenoid's controller side large terminal (bottom solenoid terminal in picture-1)

Scotty is actually 3. 1 you see is the diode the other is the jumper wire we where using. It's not currently hooked up.
