Ezgo access panel
My access panel is cracked and I am looking to replace it.
Has anyone done the diamond plate instead of the plastic? I think the diamond plate does not have ability to flip open to access the rear batteries. That little flap is helpful. Am I correct on this diamond plate does not open? Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

Re: Ezgo access panel
I have done a number of the diamond plate motor access covers in the past. You are correct that it does not open for access.
It you are handy, you can do what I do. I cut the diamond plate into 2 pieces along the line of where the plastic one usually flips, then rivet a piece of stainless piano hinge to the 2 pieces so that my customers can still have access to the rear batteries. |
