My cart motor is making a card in bike spokes sound any ideas

Are you sure it's the motor? Something hung underneath hitting a wheel maybe?

Brushes could be shot, or bearing has gone bad. Either way, need to remove it and pull the end cap off to see.

I am saying a bearing has failed mine was making a similar noise. Replaced motor and checked the bearing in the old motor and it was seized and the brushes where all beat up
