Reason I mentioned it was there are always folks here with bad boards, so you may be able to recoup your money, if it was just bad contacts and not bad boards.

johnnieB,

I read and tried every thing you told to do. I did find my 50a fuse blown. when I plugged in charger there was an arc at the receptacle so I unplugged it. fuse is still good. what can I check next to troubleshoot charger?

Blown 50A fuse in charger is typically shorted diodes, or a short in the DC output cable or cart.
